We do our best to accommodate delivery to most of Erie County but due to geographic limitations all of Erie County is not 100% serviceable. During check out select Shipping(will change to Local Delivery when address is entered) as an option if you are not in our service area in-store pickup will still be available at checkout. Not sure if we deliver to your area? Is the system limiting you in a valid delivery zip code? Contact us — we’re happy to help! All orders are ALWAYS available for in-store pickup at our shop during our normal buiness hours.

Flowers for a service? Please reach out regarding delivery to all area funeral homes as we have special exceptions for fees and delivery area for our sympathy packages.

Delivery Schedule

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available at Lancaster Village Flower Co.'s discretion. Please contact the shop during normal business hours to see if your request can be accommodated.

  • Future Deliveries: You may schedule a delivery for a future date during checkout by utilizing the Date field, you are also welcome to call the store during normal business hours for any future order needs.

  • No Deliveries: Blackout dates may appear during checkout. If a date cannot be selected, it indicates we are not accepting deliveries for that day.

Delivery Fees

  • A flat $10.00 delivery fee applies to all standard orders meeting a $40.00 minimum (before tax; Blooms of Bravery excluded from minimum), as long as the delivery address is within our service area.

  • Delivery Charge ($10.00) MUST appear on order confirmation and be placed for a valid delivery day or order will be defaulted to pick up at 11 W Main STE 600. Must Select "Shipping" at checkout, once address is entered it will reflect "Local Delivery" if address is within our service area.

  • Orders below $40.00 are not eligible for delivery(some promotional items may not carry a minimum for delivery).

  • Event floral deliveries (e.g., weddings or corporate installations) may incur additional delivery or setup fees, which will be quoted during your event proposal.

Delivery Policies

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we make every effort to meet the delivery time slots selected at checkout. We do our best to accommodate reasonable special requests; however, Lancaster Village Flower Co. reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “reasonable request.”

Deliveries to businesses, schools, or hospitals will be made during their regular operating hours.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

  • Leave the order in a secure, weather-safe location. Photo will be taken of items left for delivery.

  • Contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery or pickup
    (Delivery fee is not eligible for refund if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery) — every effort will be made to maintain the element of surprise

Please include any specific delivery instructions (gate codes, suite numbers, building details, etc.) in the notes section during checkout.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

Severe weather conditions may impact delivery timing. If a delay occurs that moves the delivery outside your selected delivery time slot, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.
